The Marketing Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing activities for USC Credit Union. This role involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing website performance, analyzing data to optimize campaigns, and ensuring the effectiveness of all digital marketing assets. The Marketing Administrator will be expected to develop new front-end features that will enhance member communications. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of digital marketing, web development, and a passion for leveraging online channels to drive engagement and growth. The Digital Marketing Administrator will play a crucial role in advancing USC Credit Unions digital presence and optimizing online marketing initiatives through innovative web solutions and effective digital strategies. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Administer day-to-day digital marketing operations, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet departmental goals. Manage website development, optimization, and content updates, ensuring an excellent user experience, including deployment of new front-end features Create and maintain APIs, perform backend scripting, and manage code deployments across environments. Utilize analytics tools to monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns. Analyze web traffic and online behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain documentation, including workflows, and user guides. Ensure timely execution of digital campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance digital marketing and web development efforts. Prepare performance reports. Necessary Skills: Working knowledge of Content Management Systems, including WordPress and HubSpot. Experience in HTML, CSS, GitHub, and relevant web standards. Strong experience with website management, including development, optimization, and API integration. Proficient in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar. Experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple digital initiatives. Experience with backend scripting and continuous integration deployments. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Web Development, or related field; Masters degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on website management, development, and analytics. Experience with content management systems and website development platforms. Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, digital-focused environment. Compensation: The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 – $95,000.
