Prepare and Serve discovery and subpoenas
Request records (medical, employment, etc.) via various record services and maintenance of subpoenaed records log
Accurately calendar deadlines and reminders for deadlines and keep attorneys aware of scheduled and approaching events
Handle incoming and outgoing mail for the supported attorneys
Schedule hearings, meetings, depositions, conference calls, assist with travel arrangements when necessary
Assist fellow co-workers and/or other timekeepers as needed
