As a Senior Government Subcontracting Specialist here at Honeywell, you will oversee and drive procurement of material and services in alignment with business leadership for your assigned commodity/category and/or region as per the Annual Operating Plan. This position will lead the end-to-end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts supporting key Honeywell programs. Ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export/Import regulations, as well as the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). You will report directly to our Procurement Manager and youll work out of our 1 location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the evaluation of bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with company policies, FAR, and DFARS requirements. Your expertise in subcontract management, specifically related to FAR and DFARS, will be crucial in identifying and resolving subcontract issues and developing mutually acceptable solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The annual base salary range for

this position is $82,400 – $112,500. Please note that this salary information

serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when

extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities

of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key

skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Government procurement/subcontracts administration experience
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, L&C, Business, or Finance

  • Experience with Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TCPD)
  • Ability to understand and negotiate terms and conditions
  • Ability to work independently
