Immediate need for a Customer Service Representative (Temporary – LOA Coverage). This position will be temporary until the end of the year. A large tire manufacturer and distributor is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to cover a temporary Leave of Absence (LOA). This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute directly to customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries over the phone, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Process and streamline customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Maintain and update customer account information in our central database.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and enhance the overall client experience.
Details:
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
Hours: 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM start (8-hour shift).
Compensation: $22.00 per hour.
Requirements: Must have 3+ years of customer service experience, within a logistics industry or tire company is a plus, strong proven experience providing high-quality customer service over the phone, good job stability and someone with excellent attention to detail.
