MUST-HAVES:
* 3+ years’ supervisory experience in AR or B2B collections.
* Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, billing, and reconciliation.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Proficient in Excel and collection management software.

HIGHLY PREFERRED:
* ERP or Avalara experience.
* Degree in Accounting or related field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Supervising and training collections team; monitoring performance and progress.
* Managing AR aging (30/60/90+) and following up on overdue accounts.
* Leading B2B collections calls and maintain customer relationships.
* Reviewing and reconciling accounts; resolving billing/payment discrepancies.
* Preparing and presenting weekly AR and collections reports.
* Identifying and implementing process improvements for efficiency.
