Job Title: Administrative Support
Contract: Temporary to Perm
Location: Atlanta, GA
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as an Administrative Support. This is a key customer-facing role supporting executive administrative teams, including C-suite executives. The position involves event planning, conference room setup, coordination of special events, space management, relocations, reporting, and general administrative support. Candidates must be detail-oriented, comfortable in a high-pressure environment, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Pay rate: $18.50/hr
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive administrative teams, including C-suite executives.
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and special functions.
- Set up and manage conference rooms and meeting spaces.
- Assist with office space management and relocations.
- Prepare reports and provide general administrative support.
- Move furniture, boxes, and equipment as needed (up to 50 lbs).
- Maintain a professional and organized environment in a high-visibility, fast-paced setting.
- Support executives and teams with ad hoc tasks and requests.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical).
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience.
- Strong attention to detail and moderate problem-solving skills.
- Basic technical aptitude and understanding of technology.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present to small groups and perform tactical tasks.
