We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations in our aviation parts warehouse. This role is responsible for overseeing receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping processes while ensuring compliance with FAA, EASA, and AS9120/ISO 9001 standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of aviation inventory systems, and a commitment to operational excellence and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping
-Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and quality standards
-Oversee inventory accuracy through audits and cycle counts
-Maintain traceability and documentation for all parts (8130-3, Form One, etc.)
-Supervise and train warehouse staff; promote safety and continuous improvement
-Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring export compliance
-Collaborate with Quality Assurance on non-conforming materials and returns
Qualifications:
5+ years of warehouse/inventory management experience; 2+ years in aviation/aerospace preferred
Familiarity with aviation inventory systems (Quantum Control, AMOS, RAMCO, etc.)
FAA AC 00-56B or AS9120 training preferred; Six Sigma and OSHA certifications a plus
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office; AvSight experience a plus
