About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Manager to grow our temporary wall and containment solutions business. This role focuses on building strong B2B relationships with general contractors, restoration firms, hospitals, construction associations, project managers, and estimators.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.

Attend industry events and network with decision-makers.

Identify projects where temporary wall systems add value in safety, compliance, and efficiency.

Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Requirements:

B2B sales experience; construction industry knowledge and connections preferred.

Outgoing, detail-oriented, with strong relational and listening skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
