Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and dependable professional with experience in reprographic services and mail operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with batch printing, copying, binding (including spiral and custom tabs), and recordkeeping for incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and shipments. Experience working in Staples, FedEx Kinko’s, or UPS is preferred.
This role involves operating high-volume duplicating, scanning, and mail processing equipment; shipping and receiving products and supplies; sorting, distributing, and handling mail/faxes; applying postage; and performing basic copier maintenance. Additional responsibilities may include bindery, quality control, housekeeping, file management, or call center support.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
  • Pay rate: $22/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Operate high-volume duplicating, scanning, and mail processing equipment
  • Perform batch printing, copying, binding (including spiral and custom tabs), and related reprographic tasks
  • Sort, distribute, and handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, packages, and shipments
  • Apply postage and maintain accurate records of all incoming/outgoing items
  • Provide basic maintenance and troubleshooting for copiers and other office equipment
  • Assist with shipping and receiving of products and supplies
  • Ensure accuracy of packing slips and proper packaging for incoming/outgoing materials

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1 year office experience strongly preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite
