We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Controller/CFO to lead our financial operations and support executive decision-making. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial strategy to help guide the company’s growth and fiscal health.
Key Responsibilities:

-Direct and manage all accounting and finance functions, including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger
-Develop and oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
-Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
-Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
-Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
-Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and oversee treasury functions
-Implement and maintain financial systems and process improvements
-Support business growth initiatives, including M&A, capital investments, and cost optimization
-Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with operational strategies

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
7+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance leadership roles
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance
Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
Proven ability to lead teams and communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
High level of integrity, professionalism, and strategic thinking
