Job Summary
This entry-level customer service role involves handling inquiries, processing orders, and providing support based on company policies and procedures. The position is supervised and follows established guidelines.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer questions via phone or email

Resolve basic customer issues related to company programs and policies

Process incoming orders accurately

Follow department rules, rates, and procedures

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent

0–3 years of customer service experience

Required Skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Experience with mail sorting, printing, scanning, scheduling appointments, and answering phones

Preferred Skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish

Strong communication and customer service abilities

Comfortable multitasking and managing priorities

Detail-oriented and organized

Familiarity with internet-based tools and applications

This is an onsite role in Tulare, Ca. 24 hours a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays 8-5
