Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the full cycle of vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate financial records. This role plays a key part in supporting smooth accounting operations and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and verify vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests

Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Maintain organized AP records and assist with month-end close

Collaborate with internal teams to support financial processes

Qualifications:

1–3 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, etc.) a plus

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills
