Highly regarded Non Profit is actively interviewing for this fantastic career role. As the selected team member you will assist with:
- Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing
- calendars, and handling correspondence
- Draft, edit, and proofread emails, reports, presentations, and other business documents
- with a strong emphasis on clarity and professionalism
- Coordinate arrangements, expense reports, and event planning as needed.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and databases with accuracy and discretion.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and
- professional responses.
- Assist in project management, tracking deadlines, and ensuring follow-ups are completed.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, handling invoices, and liaising
- with vendors.
- Support HR-related tasks, such as on boarding new employees and maintaining personnel
- records.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure seamless office operations.
