Position Summary:

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities for the organization. This position will be responsible for assisting with budgeting, forecasting, accounting close, and consolidation processes while providing insights to drive operational and financial performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and support the consolidation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Plan (LRP) for the Managed Commercial Integration (MCI) business.

Assist in preparing and coordinating monthly OET meetings, including managing agendas, recording minutes, tracking action items, and following up on deliverables.

Monitor customer accounts receivable aging reports to improve collections; review Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) by customer monthly and provide ad-hoc reporting to stakeholders.

Liaise with HP to manage customer accounts and ensure timely communication regarding outstanding balances.

Support the monthly accounting close and consolidation process by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with internal financial controls.

Participate in global finance initiatives, including the implementation of new consolidation tools, standard chart of accounts projects, and ongoing Free Cash Flow improvement programs.

Conduct financial modeling, analysis, and research to support decision-making and resolve complex financial issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; CPA preferred.

1–3 years of progressive experience in Finance and/or Accounting.

Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal controls.

Demonstrated commercial experience in the alcoholic beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry preferred.

Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.

Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Flexible, team-oriented, and customer-service focused.
