Software used- Outlook, TalentReef, TimeForge, Real Time, Hot scheduling.

HR Generalist 4 plus years of experience in HR department, bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
SHRM Certified and or CalHR certification.
HR-Hands-on ALL HR duties.is a plus Strategic mindset, goals oriented, Strong knowledge with employee matters, FMLA/LOA, Workers Compensation, Health Insurance and benefits annual enrollment.
Must be willing to travel to other locations for HR presence and training, (Note: company reimburses milage when travel from office to other offices for work purposes).
Strategic mindset, goals oriented, Strong & clear communication, advance computer knowledge, Office Microsoft, excel spreadsheet, reports etc./….people skills, approachable friendly, dress code corp. office attire, professionalism is a must.

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts.
Promote positive employee relations and maintain a healthy work environment.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and provide support to managers.
Assist in developing performance improvement plans.
Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues.

IN OFFICE daily, professional dress.
***Will have to be on call at least 1 weekend a month, in case HR is needed, since the company runs 7 days a week.
