A fast-paced firm committed to delivering high-quality talent solutions for our clients. We pride ourselves on efficient, reliable recruiting and onboarding services and are seeking a dedicated Temp Recruiter to help us manage immediate staffing needs and ensure a smooth candidate experience from interview through onboarding.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Temp Recruiter to support our hiring and onboarding process — from conducting in-office interviews to performing drug testing and managing all onboarding documentation. This is a contract/temporary role, ideal for someone who works well under pressure, thrives in high-volume environments, and pays attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-office interviews with candidates, ensuring a professional and welcoming candidate experience.

Administer mouth-swab drug tests for candidates as part of pre-employment screening.

Manage onboarding tasks: send offer letters, coordinate and process background checks, distribute assessments and tax documents.

Audit onboarding files to ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant.

Confirm and track bi-weekly training dates for new hires.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking documents — candidate status, onboarding checklists, compliance forms, training schedules, etc.

What We’re Looking For:

Prior recruiting or HR experience — ideally with onboarding or staffing agencies preferred.

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and internal staff.

Ability to handle confidential personal and background information professionally and discreetly.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable performing interviews and basic drug testing procedures in-office.

Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, ATS or tracking tools) is a plus.
