We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our showroom team in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate will bring energy, professionalism, and strong communication skills to create a welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a professional, customer-facing environment—such as a hostess, receptionist, or front-desk associate—and is looking to expand their skills in an office or showroom setting.
?? Location: 38 Goodlette-Frank Rd, Naples, FL 34102
?? Pay Rate: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
?? Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (½ hour lunch)
Key Responsibilities
Enthusiastically greet and assist all customers entering the showroom.
Use Microsoft Teams to efficiently track customers and update records.
Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries in a courteous, professional manner.
Communicate appointment policies clearly to customers.
Manage customer sign-ins, appointment scheduling, and job folders.
Maintain the customer refreshment area (coffee and water station).
Support showroom consultants with customer interactions and follow-up tasks.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1+ years of customer service experience (hospitality or salon experience a plus)
1+ years of Microsoft Teams experience
Strong keyboard and computer skills, including Microsoft Word and basic web navigation
Professional demeanor with high energy and an approachable personality
Ability to multitask and interact with various personalities calmly and effectively
