This Switchboard Operator Position Features:
- Temporary
- Riverwoods, IL
- 9 am to 6 pm, Monday – Friday
- Great Pay to $20/hr
Job Responsibilities:
– Operate a telephone switchboard to connect incoming and outgoing calls
– Provide information, and performing receptionist duties.
– Manage calls for various departments, handle basic customer inquiries, direct visitors, and perform related clerical tasks like data entry and record-keeping.
– Must be skilled in communication and customer service, and be able to manage a high volume of calls efficiently.
– Will also sort mail and help in the copy center with printing/copying/scanning.
