* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva.
* Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
* Passion for youth development, education, and community engagement.

STRONGLY PREFERRED:
* Some college.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
* Planning, scheduling, and facilitating youth programs and community events.
* Coordinating fundraisers, scholarship activities, and outreach efforts.
* Creating flyers and promotional materials using Canva.
* Assisting with email and social media campaigns.
* Providing administrative support to committees and leadership.
* Representing the organization with professionalism and enthusiasm.
