Job Summary Responsible for supervising Hub or Spoke Warehouse employees. Coordinates and maintains all activities within the Hub or Spoke Warehouse and Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) functions. Customarily and regularly directs the work of at least two or more other full-time employees or their equivalent. Job Description Core Responsibilities Supervises, hires, trains and provides orientation to staff. 10+ years of experience in leadership and supply chain. Interfaces with the customers, suppliers and other departments to ensure approved material is available to spoke personnel. Ensures that all Requests for Purchase Orders (RPOs) are properly completed and forwarded to Purchasing for processing. Works with Hub or Spoke Warehouse Manager on coordination of inventory storage, turnover and receipt/shipment of materials. Monitors daily cycle count for inventory accuracy and system-to-system transfers. Prepares and supervises monthly CPE physical count and reconciliation, annual serial-to-serial CPE inventory and Warehouse Plant Material. Provides ongoing feedback to the Hub Warehouse Manager, monitors all CPE activity for the area and deliveries from vendors. Provides field and office support using internal databases and troubleshooting tools. Works with internal customers to resolve concerns, research issues and work with other departments/vendors to develop solutions. Maintains non-Oracle Spoke inventory file and reviews items for physical movement. Items with no history will be identified as excess and disposed of in accordance with company guidelines . Responsible for conducting and documenting monthly Safety Training classes for all assigned employees within their area of responsibility. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Education Bachelor’s Degree While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
