The University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine, a premier academic medical center specializing in academic medicine, research and patient care, is seeking a clinical full-time position in cardiovascular medicine at Keck Medical Center. This is a general cardiology position that will involve ambulatory clinic care, inpatient care, echocardiographic and other cardiac imaging services. Prospective faculty will join in the faculty call rotation which covers weeknights, weekends, and holidays. Clinical practice and teaching facilities at USC include Keck Medical Center of USC, LAC+USC Medical Center, and the Cardiovascular Thoracic Institute (an accredited outpatient diagnostic center) with clinical and research programs in percutaneous valve implants, structural heart disease, heart failure, electrophysiology, advance congenital heart disease, and vascular and cardiothoracic surgery. Applicants must have an MD/DO degree, BC/BE in cardiovascular medicine/echocardiography/nuclear cardiology, and eligibility for a California medical license. The successful candidate will receive competitive compensation and appointment in the Department of Medicine at an academic rank commensurate with qualifications and experience.
