One of HCA’s prominent facilities, Riverside Community Hospital in the city of Riverside, is assisting a thriving private practice with their need to replace a retiring partner.
Qualified Candidates:
- Board certified or board eligible in family practice or internal medicine
- Opportunities for leadership development and skill-set diversification
Incentive/Benefits Package:
- The practice allows their physicians to work their own schedules and many choose to work a 4-day work week.
- The group operates independently under centralized management. As a result, new members are treated as full partners from day 1.
