Your Role on the Team Position Summary: Incumbent will coordinate team work flow and dispatch team members throughout the hospital to promote efficient transfer and lift services to assist with safe patient handling while maintaining a safe work environment for the patient care providers. Additionally, incumbent will track, deliver, clean, and perform basic repair of equipment & supplies. Required Qualifications: Skill to perform basic mathematical computations, and to use general office equipment including computers, copiers, and calculators Must possess the skill, knowledge, and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties Must be available to work overtime as patient care needs demand Minimum one year experience in a healthcare environment or training in a healthcare/emergency/rescue field Current BLS certification required by time of hire Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System Conditions of Employment: The University of California, Irvine (UCI) seeks to provide a safe and healthy environment for the entire UCI community.
