Your Role on the Team Position Summary: Incumbent is responsible for administration and operational oversight of activities, projects and programs in collaboration with key stakeholders for ERP implementation, support and maintenance. Involves technology-based analysis of business practices, processes and problems; developing solutions which may involve process design, data and information architecture, software development and policy or procedural changes; creating specifications for systems to meet requirements; validating requirements against needs; designing details of automated systems; developing user interface design; planning and executing unit integration and end-user acceptance testing; may develop training materials for system implementation. May lead cross-functional teams to solve complex business or systems issues. Required Qualifications: Advanced skills and methodologies associated with process and software design, modification, and implementation Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and other tools in the Microsoft Office Bachelor’s degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training. In depth ability to analyze, interpret and research essential information from multiple sources. Effective interpersonal skills required to establish and maintain credibility and working relationships with vendors, colleagues and client groups. Strong customer service orientation as demonstrated by the ability to respond proactively and positively to customer service needs and problems. Demonstrated experience with process analysis, systems analysis, process architectures and systems analysis methodologies and practices. Three (3+) or more years of project management, vendor relations, and program management. Advanced knowledge of related areas of IT, applicable policies, practices and procedures for the organization/client groups. Advanced skills in the use of ERP / financial systems (such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient knowledge of office and web-based applications. Demonstrated skills needed to develop process and system implementation plans.
