What will you be doing: The Program Manager plans, coordinates, advises, and manages all aspects of a mid to large scale recognized organizational program. Provides leadership, including the authority to make independent decisions regarding program operations, administration, and governance. Leads and/or contributes to the short-term and long-term strategic planning, design, development and implementation of program objectives, processes, and standards. A program is an ongoing organizational initiative with defined objectives and scope, but without a defined end or completion date. Leads all aspects of the Performance Management Program, provides leadership and direction for day-to-day program operations and administrative activities. May supervise staff as it relates to the overall management of the program. Supports additional programs and initiatives launched by the talent management team. ?? Note: this is a 1-year contract with benefits. Possibility of extension dependent of operational needs. Qualifications Experience Requirements: Five (5) plus years of experience in Management, Program/Project Management, or related experience, preferably in Human Resources (HR). ?? Educational Requirements: High School Diploma/GED.
