Announcement of Tenure-Track Faculty Position in Behavioral Decision Making (Assistant Professor with Experience) University of California Los Angeles Requisition Number: JPF09704 The Behavioral Decision Making (BDM) Area of the UCLA Anderson School of Management is seeking to fill a position at the assistant professor level starting in the 2025-26 academic year. As Assistant Professor, the final candidate will teach courses at the Anderson School of Management. They will conduct research related to behavioral decision making and advise students. They will also serve on departmental and university committees. In evaluating applications, the search committee seeks evidence of outstanding research and teaching potential. We welcome candidates whose experience in teaching, research, or community service has prepared them to contribute to our commitment to diversity and excellence. Candidates must have a a Ph.D. (or equivalent) and have held a tenure-track or non-tenured associate position. The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and/or step at appointment. See Table 3. A reasonable estimated salary range for the Assistant Professor with Experience position is $210,000 – $230,000, inclusive of the salary scale and off-scale salary components.
