Our ideal candidate will be well versed in accounts receivable practices and possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or a minimum of 3 years of related experience. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and basic accounting principles knowledge. As an AR/Collections Clerk, duties may include preparing daily bank deposits, researching and resolving payment discrepancies, collection of past due invoices, issuing credit memos and corrected invoices, maintaining credit files, preparing update reports, and aiding the accounting staff. Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Mas, or related is desired.
