We have an immediate need for senior operations coordinator to join our team!
Essential duties/ responsibilities:
- Manage and track project deliverables and timelines as well as communicate with project teams to keep them fully informed
- Be the daily liaison between projects team and overseas team
- Communicate with overseas factories to ensure productions schedules are delivered on time with accuracy to meet customer delivery requirements
- Work with project team and logistic team to adjust schedules if necessary
- Provide strong support to our team on matters including shipping (air and ocean), manufacturing, and lead time
Qualifications:
- College degree is required ( 2 or 4 year degree)
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in English and Mandarin (Preferably)
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and implement multiple and shifting tasks in fast pace work environment
- Attention to detail, strong organizational and communication/negotiation skills
- Able to work individually and as a team player
