Duties include:
* Accounts Receivable – create invoices, billing, aging report, chargebacks, apply payments
* Accounts Payable – verify invoices, process payments, 3-way match, research discrepancies
* Bank reconciliations and journal entries to the general ledger
* Assist with month end close, audits, and financial statements
* Assist with timekeeping for payroll
* Other special projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in Accounting preferred
* Degree in Accounting or related field
* Bilingual in Mandarin preferred, but not required
* Intermediate to advanced Excel required (pivot tables, formulas, vlookup, etc.)
* ERP experience a plus
* Willing to train entry level candidates!
