Immediate need for a bilingual Spanish accounts receivable clerk. Will be responsible for the following: • Manage 300 plus accounts, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of payments. • Maintain accurate filing system for all accounts payable records. • Perform bank reconciliations monthly to verify account activity accurately reflected in books of record. • Prepare bank deposits, verifying and balancing receipts, sending checks and other forms of payment (ACH). • Prepare journal entries for accruals, prepaid expenses, and depreciation as part of the month-end close process. Looking for candidates with 3+years of accounts receivable experience, bilingual Spanish, with excellent attention to detail.
