Provide support and coordination on projects, with the ability to quickly re-prioritize to meet deadlines
Coordinate and schedule meetings based on executive/group availability as needed
Support Director of Technology on daily basis,
Ensure event logistics are planned appropriately and in advance of the event
Distribute and track documents, ensure proper routing/approvals and deliver or file when finalized
Audit and process expense reports and route for approval
Works with Finance and Operations to create procurement and purchasing processes
Ensures appropriate approvals are obtained based on purchase costs and amounts
Works with management to create annual budgets
Manages costs to budget and notifies management in the case of unplanned or over budget expenditures
