job summary:
Join one of the worlds largest and leading electrical contractors as an Electrical Project Engineer. You’ll be responsible for providing technical engineering support for projects throughout the country. This is located in the Orange County area and does require domestic travel. This role is also bonus eligible and offers stock in the company. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of engineers, designers, and staff on various projects
- Oversee the preparation of designs, including power, lighting, and auxiliary systems
- Oversee preparation of power systems single-line diagrams, including feeder, overcurrent protection sizing and equipment elevations
- Visit sites to field survey existing electrical conditions
- Conduct value engineering exercises to evaluate the cost of construction
- Generate project specifications appropriate for projects
Qualifications
- 8+ years of commercial construction project management
