Our client invites you to apply for the role of Lead Field Service Technician, where you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of their air separation plant in Industry, CA, just east of downtown Los Angeles. This role is both challenging and rewarding, offering you the opportunity to leverage your technical skills while receiving comprehensive training in air separation plant technology. Your background in mechanical and electrical systems, instrumentation, and process controls will be invaluable as you take initiative in troubleshooting issues, planning maintenance, and managing site operations.

Responsibilities: In this hands-on position, you will be the go-to technician for all site-related issues, ensuring smooth operations and maintenance at our plant. You’ll collaborate with regional management, engineers, and other professionals to achieve optimal plant performance. Your ability to make informed decisions with minimal supervision will empower you to tackle various challenges, develop creative solutions, and guide projects to success. Additionally, you will have the chance to train and mentor new employees, sharing your expertise and leadership skills with others.

Base salary, $90 -$100K, plus overtime. You will be provided with a company truck, cell phone, and laptop to support your work.
