Well-Known company is looking to hire MULTIPLE Front Desk Receptionist’s to work for a Property Management Company.

**Looking for individuals with previous experience working the front desk for a real estate company, property management company, apartment/condo building, hotel, spa, golf course, casino, resort, dealership, or similar industries**

Job Responsibilities:
-Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
-Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and vendors
-Fax, file, scan and photocopy documents
-Schedule and re-confirm appointments
-Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
-Keep records and reports up to date
-Organize and schedule meetings
-Respond to emails and perform data entry
-Maintain and order office supplies
-Assist with tenant correspondence, including notices and lease updates.
-Prepare, manage, organize, and maintain documents in paper and electronic filing systems

Requirements:
-Minimum 2+ years of front desk experience
-Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
-Minimum High Schools Diploma, Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
