Growing and dynamic company looking to hire MULTPLE Human Resource Assistant’s
Role is working for Manufacturing company – any experience in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, automotive, distribution, construction, pharmaceutical, agriculture, food and beverage is a plus BUT NOT REQUIRED
Required Skills:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) a plus but not required.
- Experience data entry with Paycom is a plus
- High School Diploma and
- 2 years in previous HR role
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, and professionalism.
- Good understanding of Federal and State laws
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, highly organized, strong time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal proficiency, enable clear and effective communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creating and providing HR support in a positive environment by positive interactions with employees to address concerns, answer benefit questions and to help foster the company culture through its growth.
- Support data entry processes to ensure timely and accurate time records of our HR information system (HRIS – Paycom) for data integrity and efficient recordkeeping.
- Administration and completion of HR related employee transactions.
- Support rollout of other HR initiatives such as employee offboarding, performance reviews and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with the small but mighty cross-functional HR team to resolve benefit, payroll and other HR-related issues.
