Would like someone with experience with handling Contracts and/or Sales.
Primary
- Review Previous contract billing notes and review cost associated with the work and adjust pricing accordingly
- Review contract documents
- Review all tasks and find any deleted/added task.
- Create Renewal Proposal
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Representatives
- Create email to customer and send the proposal
- Follow up with Customer for approval, update database with new pricing
- Confirm Billing Information with Customers, update database as needed
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- One (1) or more years’ experience in an administrative role
- Ability to communicate (read and write) effectively, professionally, and friendly in a business environment.
- Proficient computer skills (MS, Outlook & Excel).
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors and fellow employees.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently with limited supervision.
- Must possess strong organization and time management skills.
