Incredible position now available for a Junior Recruiter looking to take the next step in their career. At this security services company you will be responsible for the following:
-Source for candidates utilizing online tools including LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter and Indeed and ATS
-Post job ads on the company site and job boards
-Review resumes and perform phone screenings with candidates
-Schedule and hold interview with applicants and coordinate next step interviews with hiring managers
-Assist with putting together and presenting offer letters
-Collect background check, I9 and onboarding information and coordinate drug testing when required

Requirements:
-Must have two years of recent experience recruiting
-Experience sourcing with LinkedIn necessary for success in this position
