Join our team as a Collections Analyst and play a key role in managing B2B collections while fostering strong customer relationships. We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and experience with ERP systems like MS Dynamics, Oracle, or SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

Make professional outbound collection calls and maintain positive customer relations.
Review and manage credit holds, ensuring timely order release.
Analyze and reconcile short payments and disputes.
Provide weekly aging reports and negotiate payment plans for delinquent accounts.
Manage multiple priorities efficiently under tight deadlines.
Qualifications:

4+ years of high-volume corporate collections experience (B2B).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; ERP experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
