We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic team supporting a Financial Advisor at a Fortune 500 client. This onsite role in Dallas, TX is ideal for someone with administrative experience who is interested in growing their career in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
  • Answer and manage phone calls, directing inquiries and taking messages as needed.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle client follow-ups, correspondence, and light administrative tasks.
  • Maintain an organized front office, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with managing client documentation and records while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of administrative or front office experience preferred or a Bachelor’s degree in lieu of experience.
  • Prior experience in a highly regulated industry (e.g., finance, banking) is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
