Non Profit Organization is looking to hire MULTIPLE Bilingual Program Coordinator’s Part Time

***Must be bilingual in English/Spanish, English/Korean, or English/Chinese.***

***20 HOURS PER WEEK***

***Previous non-profit experience is a plus

Job Duties:
-Assist in implementing and monitoring program activities.
-Offer administrative and program assistance to ensure the smooth daily operation and -Coordination of Center programs
-Coordinate program schedules, logistics, and resources.
-Act as a point of contact for program participants, partners, and stakeholders.
-Maintain accurate records, including participant information, reports, and program documentation.
-Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries related to the program.

Skills:
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
-Must be proficient with Google Suite
-Must be proficient Mac OS (Apple Computer)
-Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Must be friendly, organized, and attentive to detail.
