About the Company:
Our client is a healthcare company focused on providing non-emergency medical transportation to underserved communities. Their mission is to ensure equitable access to medical appointments and services for low-income families.

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Operations team. This is a temp-to-hire position where you’ll help customers by scheduling transportation and providing excellent service. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and enjoys helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with scheduling transportation for medical appointments.
Answer customer questions and resolve any concerns.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
Work with the team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications:

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or service setting
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Compassionate and professional.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
