Job Opportunity: Payment Products Manager
Location: Uptown Charlotte

We are seeking a highly skilled Payment Products Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills, strong business acumen, and ability to collaborate across multiple business functions to drive impactful payment product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payment Products Management: Manage and optimize a range of payment products including Bank to Bank Transfers and MRDC, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving business growth.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data to inform business cases, prioritize roadmaps, and support decision-making processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various lines of business and functional areas, managing relationships in a matrixed environment to drive successful outcomes.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple moderate to high-level projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Problem Solving: Exercise independent judgment to identify challenges and deliver effective solutions.
  • Senior Leadership Presentations: Develop and present clear, concise PowerPoint presentations to senior leadership to drive decision-making and business strategy.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills to handle competing priorities effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Strong experience in payment products management, with expertise in Bank to Bank Transfers, MRDC, or similar products.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to use data to inform business strategy and support decision-making processes.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to senior leadership.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across business units and teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Presentation Skills: Expertise in developing and delivering PowerPoint presentations.
