Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Associate to provide essential support for content review and product management functions. This role will assist in ensuring the quality, completeness, and timely delivery of business materials. You will work closely with the Bubble staff to support content review processes, as well as assist in managing product-related data analysis and analytics tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to key business functions and gain valuable experience in content management and product operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support in content review for business materials, ensuring adherence to delivery deadlines, quality standards, and completeness.
- Assist with governance of timelines for content review, working closely with Bubble staff to manage expectations.
- Execute daily product management support tasks, including assisting in data analysis and analytics efforts.
- Monitor and track progress on content review activities, flagging any issues or delays that could impact overall timelines.
- Help maintain a high level of consistency and quality in all reviewed content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks related to content and product management as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in all work.
- Basic experience with data analysis and/or analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in content management or product management is a plus but not required.
