Must have 2-3 years of Office Assistant experience in resume.

Immediate need for a friendly and welcoming office coordinator that is organized, self-motivated multi-tasker with phone etiquette, bilingual in Spanish and excellent customer service. Duties include, but not limited to answering phones in a professional manner, answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls, scheduling appointments, and routing calls as necessary. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, sorting and distributing mail. Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude, assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
