MUST BE OKAY WORKING IN A COLD/FREEZER ENVIORNMENT SOME PART OF THE DAY

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Scooping of dry ice into bags
  • The product is human milk.
  • Large walk in storage freezer to place bottles into the freezers.
  • Baby bottles are stored in freezer.
  • Proficient in Pack-Out and Shipping of Finished Goods (Domestic/International)
  • WIP and Finished Goods Inventory Management (i.e., Inventory logs)
  • Organization of Finished Goods freezer (i.e., releasing lots).
  • Re-Bagging and re-labeling of Finished Foods
  • Interact with Fed Ex, UPS, and other computer systems in order to accomplish the day-to-day activities
  • Communicate with other departments as needed (i.e., QA, Warehouse)
  • Receiving and breaking down of returning coolers from hospitals
  • Preparation of Dry Ice bags for Shipping
  • Maintain order in their work area
  • Look for continuous improvements’ opportunities
  • Support problem-solving small group activities

Requirements:

  • Previous shipping and/or receiving experience required
  • Previous experience working in a cold environment is A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED
