Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Rep/Purchasing Assistant professional to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Executive Assistant for Sales Manager.
- Perform data entry and clerical tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
