We are looking for a driven Operations Sales Assistant to join our team. We offer opportunities for growth into management as well as opportunities to earn bonuses/commission if you’d like!

Duties include:
Contact customers to answer basic procedural questions or to gauge their level of satisfaction with the company
Update customer records in the company database as required
Report service or any issues to management and the appropriate Account Manager immediately
Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active shipment orders and make sure that orders are completed on time
Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines
Data Entry for labels

Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of operations or sales support experience in logistics preferred
* Bilingual in English and Mandarin required
* Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office preferred
* Team player who is stable and motivated
* Willing to train entry/junior level candidates!
