Job Title: Wire Transactions Specialist – Customer Service (Call Center)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Zip Code 28262)
Pay Rate: $24-$26/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 7 PM EST (8-hour shift)
Contract Duration: 12 months with potential to extend or convert to FTE
Summary:
Join a Fortune 500 company as a Wire Transactions Specialist in Charlotte, NC. This role requires a detail-oriented professional to handle wire transactions, resolve cases, and deliver exceptional customer support in a fast-paced call center environment. Responsibilities:
- Process wire transactions, resolve wire-related issues, and manage cases efficiently.
- Handle inbound and occasional outbound calls, providing excellent customer service.
- Navigate multiple applications and maintain compliance with all procedures.
- Collaborate with customers to resolve inquiries while meeting service standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a high-volume call center environment.
- Familiarity with wire transfers and compliance procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, patience, and research skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong typing skills.
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
