Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Analyst to join our team. This individual will provide ongoing troubleshooting and technical analysis to ensure the successful onboarding and provisioning of ASP, T&D, Generation, and OE personnel. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of technical processes gained through extensive training and work experience, with a focus on complex analysis, user experience, and adherence to compliance and access governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform technical analysis and troubleshooting related to onboarding and provisioning processes for ASP, T&D, Generation, and OE personnel.
Ensure compliance with access governance standards and security policies during the onboarding process.
Work with large datasets, conducting complex analysis to support operational requirements.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and streamline processes for smooth onboarding and provisioning.
Provide exceptional customer/client focus with an emphasis on delivering high-quality user experience.
Maintain strong written and verbal communication to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Typically possesses two or more years of experience in technical analysis or five or more years of experience in related functions that require specialized training and education.
Strong expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to onboarding and provisioning.
Extensive experience with complex analysis and manipulation of large datasets, particularly in Excel.
Proven ability to work in a customer/client-focused environment, with a focus on delivering an excellent user experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Prior experience in onboarding and provisioning within a similar environment is highly desirable.
Desired Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
Experience with access governance tools and compliance standards.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
