AppleOne is proud to present:
1. Transaction Processing:
o Handle accounts payable and receivable, including daily posting, invoice & cash receipts entry, charge credit card & ACH payments.
o OP and general expenses scheduling & bill payment.
o Assist sales & customer service dept with order release.
o Generate RMA credit & debit notes.
o Monitor customer accounts, issue statements, and follow up on overdue payments.
o Address vendor inquiries and resolve invoice disputes.

2. Financial Reporting:
o Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including accounts receivable summaries and operational updates.
o Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

3. Reconciliations and Verifications:
o Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements.
o Verify and process freight invoices, utility bills, and other expense-related documents.

4. Administrative Support:
o Organize and maintain financial and HR documents.
o Assist with payroll preparation and related documentation.
o Purchase office supply & warehouse materials
o Book business travel arrangements for salesperson.
o Arrange owner’s personal matters upon request.

5. Tax and Compliance Assistance:
o Prepare supporting documents for sales and use tax filings.
o Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

6. Office and Operational Tasks:
o Order office and warehouse supplies as needed.
o Issue rent invoices to tenant
o support facility-related transactions, schedule maintenance as needed.

7. Periodic Activities:
o Handle quarterly and annual tasks such as bad debt write-offs and supporting tax filings.

Qualifications:
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
· Experience: 2 years previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical roles is required.

· Skills:
o Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
o Ability to multitask and meet recurring deadlines.
